Twitter goes down!
Yesterdays, Social Networking Outage made it hard for people to function giving them no other choice then to actually get work done. I couldn’t even tweet what I had for breakfast yesterday.
As the Internet changed lanes, traffic shifted to facebook where users also encountered disrupted service. According to Twitter they where attacked by a DDos, a Distributed Denial of Service Attack by hackers. This appeared to have plagued Facebook as well making the sites unavailable to its users for several hours.
But all is now right in the world. Now that we’ve recovered, at least for now. Let the constant status updating continue!
