Twitter has a baby! Congrats Twitter CEO @EV & @Sara

Their having a baby!! Twitter CEO’s wife, @Sara has been tweeting throughout her pregnancy and yesterday tweeted through labor pains. Utilizing two technologies Twitter & an iphone app Sara tweeted to her followers: sara-water

The proud dad @ev welcomed mini future CEO and tweeted: ev-baby

We wonder what the baby’s first tweet will be, @ev  congrats we are still awaiting a twicpic & name of the beautiful baby boy.
